The bottom line
The bottom line is a shorthand expression for the final outcome of the operations of an enterprise or event. Usually, the bottom line is expressed in terms of profit and loss, that is, only in terms of money; however, many other factors can potentially be considered such as health, the environment, and social justice.
End of the day, for them it is the price that matters.
